Concealed Bearing Butt Hinges (H200 Series)

HI-LOAD 200 series hinges were born out of the requirement to have a range specifically to accommodate the ANSI Template drilling pattern which is primarily used in metal doors and frames. The 200 series also includes the HI-LOAD bearing, it is however concealed within the hinge knuckle which reduces the amount of visible components and makes for an aesthetically cleaner range.

In order to enable specifiers to increase the flexibility of specification we’ve recently added to the range the H201 (concealed bearing version of the H101 – non template drilled) and H206 (lift-off version of the H207) as well as adjustable concealed bearing lift-off hinges – the H201-120/121 and H201-122/123.
